RHUB GoMeetNow is a straightforward web conferencing solution for ad-hoc and scheduled meetings. The user interface is very lean and convinces through its clever arrangement of features rather than a flash based design.

Meeting hosts have all the essential functionalities available which they need, e.g. to jointly work on documents with other meeting participants. Also, meeting setup can be handled in Outlook in two easy steps, inviting the attendees at the same time.

In addition to audio conferencing RHUB GoMeetNow offers its users communication via webcam. This video conferencing feature allows up to 4 participants to communicate visually.

It is worth mentioning that web meetings with RHUB can be held on PCs running any of the major operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris – and Mac).
