Digital Meeting Review
DigitalMeeting is suitable for ad-hoc and scheduled web conferences. The tool offers a well-assorted set of features, which enable interactive online meetings. In addition, the new version of DigitalMeeting comes with a new user interface having a positive impact on user friendliness. Moreover, the tool enables the host to create and publish podcasts by recording web conferences (audio+web).
Unlike most other web conferencing solutions, the phone conferencing costs are included in the price of GBP 0.18 per minute and participant. Moreover, the costs will be charged to the organizer and thus, it costs participants nothing to join.
DigitalMeeting offers a trial version with 120 free trial minutes. During our tests, our customer account had been set up within 24 hours. We reviewed the service contract, which doesn't include any one-time fees, or monthly minimum revenue, or a minimum contract period.
Bottom line: DigitalMeeting is an user-friendly solution with a comprehensive customer service.
